Today’s selections are from Killarney.

7:50 – Slieve Bearnagh – 11/2 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – Has improved with each of his last three starts producing a seasonal best when a 3 length 3rd of 13 at Bellewstown 12 days ago. Granted the 6-year-old is in a losing run that goes back to October 2021, but the handicapper is giving him a chance and the yard has had two winners here already this week.
8:20 – Belgoprince – 17/2 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – Gained a third career success when winning at Tipperary (1m 4 ½ f) 14 days ago. It was a hard fought head success, but he wasn’t doing much when hitting the front and always looked to be holding his rivals close home. The return to 1m 6f shouldn’t be a problem as he won over the distance in the past. A 4lb doesn’t look harsh and a promising 7lb apprentice has been booked.
