Sorry for the delay in posting as I had a doctor’s appointment this morning.
Today’s selections are from Wincanton and Fontwell.
Wincanton
2:15 – Ede’iffs Elton – 4/1 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – Three of the selections chases successes have come here including C&D. There was plenty to like about the 9-year-old’s seasonal return 13 length 4th of 12 over an inadequate 2m 4f here last month. He’s on a handy mark and the cheekpieces return.
2:45 – Aurigny Mill – 9/2 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – The 6-year-old won a Taunton novice in March and made an encouraging seasonal reappearance when a 19 ½ length 5th of 10 at Sandown last month. Bang there two before lack of a recent run took its toll, he’s started off in handicaps on a competitive mark.
Fontwell
3:40 – Ray’s The One – 12/1 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – Has been well beaten on a couple of starts on the all-weather since returning from a short break. But both his hurdle successes have come here including off today’s mark in last year’s race. Will need to at his best to beat, well in and odds on favourite, He’s A Latchico who ran well in a better race at Sandown 4 days ago.
