Today’s selections are from Pontefract and Wolverhampton.
Pontefract
5:05 – Little Jo – 8/1 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – On a losing run of 24 but the previous C&D winner put in one of his best performances of last season on seasonal return when a 1 ¼ length 2nd of 10 in this corresponding race. He’s now 9lb lower this time around and he can well.
Wolverhampton
7:00 – Carey Street – 9/2 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – I’m taking a chance that the dual C&D winner can bounce back to winning ways in the hands of Hollie Doyle. The 7-year-old is on a losing run of 12 but that means that he’s dropped down to 8lb below his last winning mark.
