Ayr
1:50 – Rafferty’s Return – 5/1 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – The top weight missed a valuable handicap hurdle at Aintree due to heavy ground. A 7 length 3rd of 10 at Wetherby 23 days ago, he’s a bit of a Wetherby specialist who seems to be building towards a win and is now 1lb below his last winning mark.
Lingfield
3:35 – Heaven Smart – 11/2 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – Beaten when unseating his rider on chase debut/seasonal return at Wetherby last month but ran much better when a 1 ½ length 3rd of 15 over C&D 11 days ago. Could be capable of better for a yard that was among the winners on Saturday.
