York
5:30 – Ready To Shine – 8/1 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – A winner over the distance at Thirsk on good to firm in June. The filly disappointed back at that venue on soft ground next time but was quickly back to form when a ½-length 2nd of 10 at Haydock 8 days ago. Big chance off the same mark here but connections will be hoping the rain stays away.
Kilbeggan
7:55 – Pont Aval – 13/2 @ Bet365 – The mare posted a career best when winning the Killarney National (3m 1f) by seven lengths 61 days ago. Up 9lb for her Killarney success but looked better than ever last time and if in the same form can follow up.
