Today’s selections are from Exeter.
Exeter
2:25 – Imperial Bede – 11/2 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – A winner of French bumper. He got off the mark at the second attempt over hurdles when successful at Huntingdon in January. Well supported when a 6 ¾ length 3rd of 7 on seasonal return at Huntingdon last month. It looked like he would be suited by a step up in trip last time and with a better round of jumping can show he’s on a workable mark.
3:55 – Natty Night – 7/2 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – A maiden after five starts over fences has form to be competitive off his present mark. Didn’t stay 3m when last seen in action at Warwick in May. Seasonal return here and first time might be the time to catch the 7-year-old who has won on soft ground over hurdles so should be fine on the prevailing going.
