Southwell failed its morning inspection which means we’re left with just all-weather meetings at Lingfield and Wolverhampton.
Lingfield
2:05 – Romilda – 5/2 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – Romilda posted an improved performance returned to the all-weather when a 1 ¼ length 4th of 7 at Wolverhampton 21 days ago. The daughter of Kingman wasn’t the best away that day and was denied a clear run in the straight. Looks a big player if getting the breaks here.
Wolverhampton
7:00 – Talis Evolvere – 5/2 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – A Pontefract maiden winner in October. The 3-year-old bounced back from a lesser run at Newmarket when a length 2nd of 8 here (7f) 13 days ago. Should be suited by the return to a mile and after just five starts might be capable of better.
