6:10 – Sea The Polaris – 5/2 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – The selection was a 185,000gns breeze-up purchase and hails from a yard that are 5-12 in the past 14 days including a couple of juvenile winners. Takes on six rivals who have racecourse experience, so this no easy task but if he’s ready first time is the one for me.
8:20 – My Great Mate – 5/2 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – The selection, a half-brother to smart novice hurdler Ashroe Diamond, made a promising enough bumper debut when a 2 ¾ length 3rd of 15 at Killarney 78 days ago. Should be up to winning a race like this and is the one to beat.
