Today’s selections are from Haydock and Newbury.
Haydock
2:40 – Arctic Fox – 15/2 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – Arctic Fox won this race 12 months ago from 2lb lower and followed up here over two furlongs further the following month. A faller over hurdles when last season in action the mare had previously ran with encouragement when 8th of 13 over an inadequate 1m 2f on her return from a 7 month absence.
Newbury
7:15 – Jade Country – 6/1 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – The selection posted a personal best for the season and since his joining present yard when finishing a 2 ½ length 4th of 8 at Bath 8 days ago. Now 1lb below his last winning mark and should go close.
