Today’s selections are from Exeter & Ffos Las.
Exeter
1:05 – Deeper Blue – 16/5 @ Paddy Power & Betfair Sportsbook – Built on the promise of last seasons Warwick hurdle debut when a 6-length 2nd of 14 at Chepstow 51-days ago. Quickly switched to handicaps and could be a capable of bit more improvement to defy an opening mark of 122.
Ffos Las
1:15 – Oneupmanship – 4/1 @ Coral & Ladbrokes – A winner here over hurdles (2m 6f) in April. The 6-year-old travelled well for a long way on his first start for 7 months when a 10 ¼ length 4th of 8 here last month. Has the size to make a better chaser than hurdler and is interesting on his first start over the larger obstacles at a track he goes well over.
2:55 – One For Momma – 5/1 – Gen – The selection has just had the four starts over hurdles and makes a quick switch to the larger obstacles. The 5-year-old seemed to improve for the step up to 3m when a ½-length 2nd of 10 at Haydock 15-Days ago. Today’s extra 1 ½ f should suit him even better and he’s interesting on chase debut.
